Zone minutes?

Why do I never ever earn any zone minutes...on my over 45 minute walks. I used to earn exercise credit all the time....before I got my new FitBit with these darn zone minutes. Not liking my new FitBit very much!!

Probably because your heart health has improved from exercise. Your heart doesn't need to work as hard as it used to during walks, and your HR stay below zones. Step it up a notch, and those zone minutes will be back.

If this is a new device, make sure all your personal settings are correct (age, weight, any custom HR zones, etc). I assume you can see your HR in the app's HR tile??

Are you recording (manual or auto-recognize) any activities, like walking? If so, does the HR graph show your HR? Is the max/average HR something that would warrant zone minutes?
