app won't save 2 of same device

I bought both my pre teens the Charge HR. The app will only let me save one of the devices and deletes the first device when I try to save the second device. I wanted to keep track of both of their progress...  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi, @yorkhousemom! You need to have two separate accounts with two separate emails. You can't have two of the same tracker on the same account and you also can't really have two people on the same account, since it will try to agglomerate all the data into one set of steps for both of them.

 

To use two different accounts on the same app, you just need to log in/out every time you sync a tracker to a different account. I have a feature suggestion to make it easier to switch accounts, feel free to add your vote to it.
