Just got a Flex 2 which seemed to be syncing fine with the app on my Samsung Galaxy s5, Android 6.0.1, while I was dancing to techno music in the kitchen. I left the fitbit on auto detect mode, which worked fairly well, although it's already clear I need a heart rate tracker, since the Flex 2 only recorded 10 and 5 minutes of activity (with a break between), when the actual lengths were 15 and 30.
However, after the workout, the Flex showed 14 minutes of high activity on my dashboard. Then I tried to add a log for the other 30 minutes. When I tapped on the new log to edit it, then backed out of the log, I suddenly had a double log. I deleted the extra log. But when I went into the log again, to check its stats, it again doubled itself.
About this time my dashboard changed from 14 active minutes to 10. And a few minutes later, the original auto-detect log simply disappeared, and my active minutes dropped to 0. The dashboard remembers my steps still, but shows no active minutes at all.
Any ideas what's going on? Granted this is the first day I've used it, but it's a bit disturbing that it's already "forgetting" logs and adding duplicate logs....
Thanks,
Janie

Welcome to the Forums @singaporejones.
Thanks for sharing that situation with us and letting us know everything you did.
It is very possible that what happened is that when you manually logged the other activity it overwrote the one tracked by your Flex 2 and that's why it disappeared. To check on this I'd like to ask:
There is not reason why a log would be deleted unless it was manually done or it overlapped with another activity so that's why I'm thinking that they overlapped that caused it to be deleted.
Look forward to your reply.
