Hi all, I have a battery pack with standard USB 1ma output that I use to charge just about everything I carry electronic. Well as I've just got this fitbit charge 2 that i've been wearing for 6 days, its battery was down to 25% so I decided to charge it with my pack. Connecting the cradle to my pack and fitbit the the cradle it proceded to charge but, stops at 98%.
I removed the fitbit and reseated it but didn't go beyond the 98%. So I disconnected the cradle from the pack and reattached that. Still no joy there. I finally had to connect the cradle back to my Mac and do the final 2 %. Does any one else get this or is this just a weird annomoly ?

@RHollis, I have not used the battery pack to charge the Fitbit tracker, but I periodically use it to charge my phone and I get the same result. The phone will charge to around 97% or 98% and then will display a message that it does not have enough power to complete the charge. I just assumed the battery pack was drawn down too low to complete the charge.

Hello @RHollis! Thanks for sharing your experience with a battery pack.
Adding to what @USAF-Larry mentioned, I think it is also important to take into consideration that Fitbits are primarily designed to charge while plugged into a computer; the tracker's battery could behave in this way with other charging devices like the battery pack you mentioned.
I hope to see you around the Forums!
