There was an update over the weekend and it booted me out of my community activity group. Other users are still in the group But it seems I was deleted. and the group is not in my community section it disappeared. Please help

How can i delete the community tab and notification tab  and get my friends tab and account tab back at the bottom where my dashboard tab is at.. i think the it updated and added community . And i dont want ut
