For a year now, once a month, I have been looking for a solution to this problem again and again. It simply does not exist. understand that the calorie count is not accurate, but still am one hundred percent sure that cannot burn more than 3500 thousand calories per month on average. There may be a problem with the basic calculation. Since in my sleep burn not 50 but all 80 (according to fitbit). tried to change the heart rate zones, manipulated the height and weight figures. Nothing helps, there is silence in all the threads. Even now, when I'm lying in bed at 1 am and writing this thread, I've burned 122 calories!

Be aware that Fitbit includes your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) calorie burn.  These are the calories you are always burning just to stay alive, such as heart pumping, breathing, etc.  These generally account for more than more than half the daily calorie burn.  Your BMR is generally a function of your age, gender, height, and weight.  You can get a good idea of what Fitbit uses for your BMR by looking at your calorie burn chart overnight when asleep, and checking your calorie burn per 15 minutes intervals when at a minimum, and multiplying that out to a full day.  Another way to get an idea of your BMR is to look at an on-line BMR calculator such as https://www.calculator.net/bmr-calculator.html and plug in your own parameters.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

All that you said does not repeat what I have heard many times, but does not solve the problem in any way. I specified all the body parameters exactly, taking into account the base exchange calculated by the link below it is not possible to get 4180 calories (bmr 1833 + 750 (15000 steps). It is far from 4180 calories. I know that my calculation is very approximate, but still the calculation by the algoritm gives a value 1.5 times higher.
