can't change anything

The only thing my charge will let me do is add water that I drink. It will not let me add meals it doesn't give me choices and it will can't find the tracker. It doesn't pick up when I go up a flight of stairs most of the time. I can't add exercises I do. My husband bought me a flex April 2014 June 2014 it quit charging, he bought me this "Charge" Christmas 2015, and all this information is showing me nothing that it is supposed to so this product is nothing more than a " glorified pedometer " as it stands. The info is NOT showing up on my smart phone or tablet. I am very disappointed with your product thus far. What might you suggest that can help me

@slouallen Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I think your tracker has not synced in a while.That is why the information is not showing. Try to restart the Charge first. That will fix any tracking issues. Try to turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on. Also, reboot your phone and log out from the app and then log back in. Feel free to check the syncing article for more details.  Also, for meals, take a look at the food tracking article. The same with activities, you can manually log them. It will be more accurate.
