can't change dashboard and won't sync with my fitness pal

My flex dashboard doesn't give me the option t change and add items??
Also it won't sync steps or cals with MFP??

To rearrange the tiles in the Android App, tap & hold the tile so it 'lifts up', then it's possible to move up or downwards and release the tile where you wish to display on the dashboard.

Now regarding the issue you are having with MyFitnessPal, please make sure that you followed the correct steps, as my friend @SteveH previously posted.
