Just got a charge 2, trying to set it up.
Downloaded the app to my phone (samsung s8) and my laptop - bluetooth is turned on on both - neither will pair with the charge 2.
Bluetooth on both devices recognises the charge 2, but after that - nothing.
What am I doing wrong?

@MincePie, you may be experiencing Bluetooth conflicts between the phone and the PC. Turn off the PC (or its Bluetooth), then open the phone's Bluetooth settings, select the Charge 2 and tell Bluetooth to Forget it. Then re-open the Fitbit app and begin the setup again.
