can't see messages, cheers and taunts on my fitbit app

Hi, I get my fitbit Charge 2. Syncing and  everything looks good but since about 1 week I can't see messages cheers, taunts and friends requests. I get last version of my fitbit application, I tried to reinstall it, restart my phone, clear data - it doesn't work. Could someone help me with it?
