Hello @parinyavat without knowing which phone, have you checked to see if your phone has been tested.
If it hasn't I would search these boards for posts about your phone model.

I'm having the same problem. I have an opportunity ax7 and its not connecting. However it did when I had the older model of the A73

Suddenly my versa is not syncing woth Galaxy S9+. It was fine then started having issues. This morning it's saying to restart bluetooth which does not work. What is going on? Btw all other bluetooth devices are working with the phone.
