hi I have versa and previously had a garmin and used to be able to view sp02 for nite 02 levels and have been trying to fin where I view spo2 in fitbit app as when I purchased the versa it said it has spo2 and as its advertised under new Zealand government law it must work and be able to be viewed so I want to know how I view as the versa is sold new in shops in new zealand

Fitbit announced the SPO2 sensor a while back with availability due late 2018. Unfortunately it's not yet available and we have not yet had an updated timescale.

You sell a product that is suppose to have a working spo2 sensor and that means your software should work with this. So having the hardware alone and stopping it work with software is false advertising and against the law in new zealand and probably many other countries. As a consumer we require a date within our warrenty for the spo2 to work as at the moment it doesn't work and as per warrenty everyone who has purchased one could send it in for a repair or a replacement for this reason or if they wanted to push the false advertising issue demand refunds from your resellers......Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
