cant download spotify app on my new versa lite

I want to download the spotify app on my versa lite but in the app download area it states the my versa or my app needs updated. I deleted my app and re-downloaded it my versa in on all day sink. I cant figure out what the problem is can anyone help me.

according to my app I am running firmwear version 38.33.1.30
