Crack on the screen

Versa

Crack not covered by warranty and Fitbit doesn't have any repair centers and if you find someone to fix it the tracker warranty is no good.  You just have to buy another one.  WOW!  Terrible.

 It didn't seem to me like my case was considered at all.  Same response repeated to me over and over.
