Hi all:
Phone: pixel 8 pro
Watch: pixel watch 2
Issue: Achievements for lifetime floors and daily climb will not unlock. Daily steps and lifetime distance working.
For example yesterday I climbed 225 floors and nothing. Have had this issue since I started Fitbit. I've tried logging in/out, uninstalling and reinstalling. Did not work.
The watch is tracking the floors and the app has the floor data, just the achievements won't unlock.

@RunBikeClimb There is a known issue with floor badges and the Pixel watches. A moderator confirmed this about two months ago in a different thread. There is no time frame given for a fix.

I found a thread that goes back to 2022 about this! I'm ready disappointed this hasn't been resolved. The entire point of an app like Fitbit is incentives like badges AND Google now owns Fitbit. Fix it already, Google.

That's probably mine. Heh. I still have the original email dated December 17, 2022 from support assuring me the problem was a high priority and I'll hear back soon. It's been, what, about 20 months and still no fix or update.
If anything, they'll probably remove the floors entirely from the app and pretend they never existed in the first place.
