fitbit charge 3 has white distortion on screen and the the touch sensitivity is off.

Ive never dropped, bumped, scratched my Fitbit. It's in pristine condition. Suddenly yesterday after showing a low battery sign the screen turned so white i can barely see what's on the screen and where i tap on the screen is only randomly registered. I recharged the fit bit just to have the same problem as well as restarting it. Just what am i supposed to do
