fitbit free app question

Hello I just ordered a pixel watch 4. For stress tracking and sleep tracking (sleep stages duration...) do i need the fitbit premium or not? Is there any basic function behind the fitbit premium? or can i use the free one? Thank you!

With the Fitbit App and the Pixel Watch 4 you can record and see the basic information that you described. 
With Premium you'll have access to more detailed info and insights. If you haven done so yet, please have a look at this: What should I know about Fitbit

E.g. 

Sleep Analysis

(Free) Basic sleep stages (deep, REM), sleep duration, and sleep schedule

(Premium) Includes all free features plus deeper analysis of sleeping heart rate and restlessness

@saifor the free app will work fine for you, but it will only give you a number for your stress score. With Premium you have more details about how the score is calculated and what it means. 

Your Pixel Watch 4 comes with a free 6-month Fitbit Premium trial. You will receive a prompt to activate that when you add the watch to the Fitbit app. If you do that, you'll have a chance to try Premium and decide whether you want to pay for that after the trial ends.

One other option that you'll have with the Premium subscription is the Public Preview version of the Fitbit app. The Public Preview is a work in progress version with an AI Coach which users find helpful and informative. If you don't like the Public Preview version or it's missing features that you use, you can easily switch between the Public Preview and the regular Fitbit app.
