fitbit not syncing

When I try to sync my charge hr it says the Bluetooth service is busy. I've been trying for the last three weeks at least 4 times a day. I don't know what is wrong.

After reinstalling the app and all sorts of things, I finally got it working by resetting the fitbit itself. I didn't delete any data, which I thought it might. This help article was really helpful. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/How-do-I-restart-my-tracker

Getting fed up with flex 2 not syncing uninstalled and reinstalled app still not syncing

Did you ever get your Fitbit Flex 2 to sync? Mine was fine on my iPhone but I switched to an Android and now it keeps saying it can't sync because the bluetooth network is busy. I'm so frustrated!
