Me too, wwon' sinc since the last update!! Deleted app reinstated, still not sincing. Can't recognise device... Do we need to perhaps remove device and reinstall?
I was having the same problem today and saw your post. I just went to setting on my fit bit and turned it off, then power cycled my phone. It took about 4 min to sync after that, bit its working now
I have decided to unlink and rejoin under new email as I've completed the full list for troubleshooting and it still wasn't working. Losing all my data but I'm ok with this. Although I think i did discover what caused the issue.....I drive a Ford and these apps don't mix! So basically won't be using handsfree in the car ever again🙈
