hi everybody
after 1 month without any pb, suddenly my fitbit says that I have to download the fitbit app.
But my fitbit app (samsung 😎 says it could not connect to the fitbit by bluetooth
i already have delete and redownload the app but nothing changes 😑
had someone already face this problem ?
would someone give me an advice to solve this problem?

HI @ChloéOé - it seems the watch may have been factory reset [odd that it did it by itself] - try in the app to set it up again with " + Set up a Device" How do I set up my Fitbit device?
