fitbit shutting down

When I click my fitbit app on my android phone it opens frozen and it a few seconds it says "app has stopped working".  Been doing this fo 2 days.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  

Please help.

Hi, @DonnaBu! That's very strange behavior. I would suggest going into your phone's app settings, clearing the cache and data for the app, and then trying to uninstall and reinstall the app again.
