Hi there @jennas66 welcome aboard to our Community. If you are referring that you have one Fitbit account with a Microsoft email and another with your Android email, note that is not possible to merge both accounts.
Your Fitbit account works with only one email address across all your devices. So if you opened an initial account using a Microsoft account, you need to log on your Fitbit app with the same email address you used at the beginning. At this point the solution is to continue using the same address of your choose on all your devices to maintain all your data in one place, unfortunately you will have to sacrifice one of your account and loose part of your data. If you keep both email address your data wont be accurate, since you are syncing portions of your exercises in different accounts.
