flex will not sync. .. tried everything !!!!

My flex stopped syncing 1 hour after I upgrade my Samsung Note4. I checked if the location was on - yes.
I shUT off my phone and restarted
I disabled Bluetooth and turned back on
I have uninstalled fit bit app and reinstalled....

The tracker: is not found, cannot connect to live feed, ....

At a loss of what to do but certainly don't have 6 more hours to devote to this. I called customer service but was on hold forever. Ugh...Help!!!

Hi there @skolo14, welcome to our community. I understand it must be frustrating trying to sync your tracker when is not cooperating and I really sorry to hear you wait a long time in support. I had the same issue a few weeks ago. What it helped in my case, was to try a few restarts on my tracker and force quitting the app; so I recommend a restart if you haven't try it. If this isn't working, then it will be time to contact our support team again since they have more tools to investigate why your tracker isn't syncing. Try to use a different channel of communication option if is possible.

I took my fit bit into Best Buy for support. I had to replace it. Restarts didn't work
