I cannot get my charge hr to be added as my device in the fitbit app. I do have an account already and this device was paired with this phone but I had to reset my phone so it lost connection. I have reset the Bluetooth. Uninstalled the app. Hr is fully charged. S8+ is up to date on latest software and so is the fitbit app. Tried a reset if my device. Notifications are turned on. Location is turned on. Fitbit software is in first picture. 2nd and 3rd is my phones software info. Then when I follow to add the hr is just loops the page of cannot find fit bit. (Pictures below) I have reset the bluetooth. I have cleared the apps cookies and cache. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I have stopped the app from running and same issues. I have rebooted multiple times. When at work my phone can find other people's hr just not mineScreenshot_20171025-072152.png

@blueeyedluci It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Sounds weird that your Charge HR is not connecting with your Samsung S8, even though you have troubleshooted this issue properly. I would like to know if you restarted your tracker as advised in Alejandra's post. In the meantime, please try setting up your tracker through a computer. The instructions are listed in the video that includes this post.

Looking forward to your response my friend! Smiley Happy
