heart rate is not syncing to app

I have recently just received a fit bit and the app works fine, but the heart rate isn't syncing like everything else. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your help!

My husband and I just got Charge HR's. He has an LG G4 and it won't show his HR on the app and when he gets a call it doesn't vibrate or show up on his Charge HR. I have an iPhone 6 and everything works fine. We've reset his phone, Bluetooth, and the Charge HR. We've also gone online to the dashboard and in the app to change the settings and make sure his sync all day is on. Nothing is working so an answer would be great!
