heart rate monitoring is not working

One day my heart rate monitor is not showing stats on my ionic watch suddenly. The heart rate setting on the watch is on bu it is not measuring.

 

I can't find the heart rate setting on my fitbit app. My phone is Huawei Mate10-pro running EMUI 9.1 on Android 9.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if the heart rate green lights are blinking or they're off? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Fitbit device and let me know how it goes.

The green light is off. I have restart the watch few times already. I also check the heart rate setting on the watch is on.

I notice the green light will flash once I put it on my wrist. When I take it off, the green light is off. I remember it is always on before.
