I've signed on to deezer and I've tried to transfer music, it directs me to the desktop site and I can't figure out how to do it...help please (:)

I haven't tried Deezer, but from my experience loading my personal music, I think that means the Windows 10 app downloaded from the Windows store. If you have that, click on the music note icon near top right to get started.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
