i recelty lost my fitbit...i want to just go back to using my android phone to count my steps for me , which i had done before i got my tracker....when i set up a new device, there is no option to do this anymore? but when i try and make a brand new account, the option is there...i dont see my tracker listed anywhere on my account so not sure whats up..i really dont want to loose all my data and have to set up a whole new account...any help would be appreciated...TY

Welcome to the Community @dvigue! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. It's pretty weird because if you're seeing it as an option when you create an account then it should appear when you want to use it with your existing account.
Please make sure that you're doing this procedure to set it up in your existing Dashboard:
Note: Just make sure your phone is listed as supported here.

The same thing happened to me.
My phone is on the supported phones list.
But the "mobile counter" does not show on the list.
Should I create a new account?

I've just created a new account, and the "mobile tracker" option still doesn't show.
This is a disappointed..
I thought Fitbit was a good app

MobileTrack isn't available in all phones even though you have a supported one. You may want to check this page and enter your phone model and check the features it has. Could you let me know which mobile device you're using?

I've checked the list of supported devices and I couldn't find the phone you mentioned. This might be the reason why you're not getting MobileTrack option.
