how do I adjust the days for reminders to move?

First I don't like the new design please change it back. second where is the area where I could change the DAYS to be reminded to move? because I sure as heck am not moving daily. I want it to remain to what I set it at which is Mon. Tues Thurs Fri. I also want to be able to change those days so where because when i tap to manage it it only shows me the times.

Hi @Newfitkitty  using Android, I can find and get to the area to change the days of the week for reminders to move. From the dashboard, tap the icon upper left. Then tap your device icon, scroll down to reminders to move. Tap it and change it the way you like.
