My fitbit says i've burned 4000 calories today can that be right? I don't have a very physical job but i did train with heavy weights for 90 mins does that sound about right??? it seems like a lot of calories burned to me?
Any help or suggestions would be much great.
Thanks in advance

Whenever readings don't seem quite right, the best thing to do is to is a restart of the device. Have you done this?

Click on "Help" upper right of this page and select your device. There will be instructions on how to restart it.
