Hello @Kim88evans, good to see you around. I'm wondering if you have tried to revoke the access from MFP to your Fitbit account? Usually when the integration is not working the best to try is this troubleshooting in this way. If you haven't tried this, please give it a try to this directions mentioned on this post.

Hope this helps. See you until the next time!

Hello @Kim88evans, thank you for keep me posted how it goes this issue. I understand your motivation to achieve your fitness goals and this is very import for us. Please accept my apologies since I'm haven;t post anything here recently. How it goes so far? Are you still receiving the error that your tracker is connected to another MFP account?

Make sure you are using the same MFP account if the issue persists. I can assume you already revoke the access from MFP on your Fitbit account, usually by doing this it should not appear connected your Fitbit account in MFP. The error you get is due to MFP is not recognizing you have revoke the access, reason why you see the error your account is connected to another account.

Please go to the following link: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps using your computer.

Review you don't have MFP in your Apps:MFP1.png

If you see something similar like the screenshot above, access the Fitbit integration by clicking the icon indicated with the red arrow.

Here proceed to disconnect the app, and press Ok in the confirmation window it will appear. You'll know the process was completed successfully if you see the green banner.

Now if everything went as is expected, wait around 15 minutes and proceed to link again your account using the method you already know. It's easy just go to the link I've shared before here and look for Fitbit and connect again your tracker. If you have questions use also the other post I suggested before.

Now if the issue keep persisting and you are not able to do the instructions I posted above. Try to use a different browser or clear the cache. Directions on how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers can be found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

At the end if the issue persists please contact MyFitnessPal support so the y can provide you additional help to resolved this issue.

Let me know if you have questions. I'll be giving follow up to your post.
