They decided not to support android so you're not going to expect to be able make your charge 2 work.

BTW, if you look at the list of compatible device you'll find that all old smartphones are supported. New ones are the problems. Only 3 smartphones produced after 2015 are compatible with fitbit. It might work anyway, I know some people that have it working even with the p8 2017. But it appears to be completely random (e.g.: 30% of the charge 2 work, the Others don't)
