 I have a huawei p8 lite 2017 and it will not synch with Fitbit.

 

Have done everything on the help forums but am getting nowhere. Can anyone help?

I had a P8 Lite 2017, I had to return it, simply could not get it to sync, It couldn't even find my Charge 2 let alone sync.

No, only fitbit could help, if it decided to.

 

They decided not to support android so you're not going to expect to be able make your charge 2 work.

It worked fine with my android Moto mobile.

 

Since yesterday, it also works with fine with my Amazon Fire and also my old Tesco Hudl !!!

BTW, if you look at the list of compatible device you'll find that all old smartphones are supported. New ones are the problems. Only 3 smartphones produced after 2015 are compatible with fitbit. It might work anyway, I know some people that have it working even with the p8 2017. But it appears to be completely random (e.g.: 30% of the charge 2 work, the Others don't)

It is a Moto G.

 

Fitbit are really missing a trick with this issue.

 

Personally I will look at other trackers next time
