There is no setting for internet connection on there, but try turning off bluetooth, restarting your phone and turn on bluetooth. With me, when I get that prompt, I just restart the phone and it resolves itself. Have you been able to sync since you posted?

Generally if the Fitbit app is saying no internet connection, it means that the Fitbit app is unable to contact the Fitbit server and a restart of the phone or turning wifi ie cell service off/on is enough.
Try syncing through cell service and wifi.
Once when the above did not work i went into the phones settings apps Fitbit, permissions, and revoked all permissions. The next time I started up Fitbit or asked to get permissions back
