Hi

Last week when I wanted to sync, the app wanted me to update. I have done so and then when I wanted to log in, it tells me that my email/password is wrong. (which is not) I then click on "forgot password", so that it can send me a new password and it tells me that my software is not working (tried it on two different devices). So I then went to "create" a new and it tells me "fitbit.com is down for maintenance"

I am now furious because I have not synced my device in so long and Im losing money because if I dont reach my goal with my Vitality app, I dont get my gym fees back. I have my Fitbit less than a year now after saving up for this device for a whole year (2016)

Please can you help me, I am at my wits end.

@SweetJar, first, you Do Not want to create a new account - that would cause you to lose all data currently available in your account.  Second, you do not mention which phone you have, or if it is on the Compatible Device list - what phone do you have, and what version of the Android Operating System (OS)? Which version of the Fitbit app do you have installed?  Did you shut down your phone and restart it after updating the Fitbit Android app?  In the phone, go to Settings, App, select Fitbit and Force Stop, then under Data do a Clear Cache and Delete Data.  Close out of the phone Settings and open the Fitbit app, and log in with your correct email address and password.
