@Rdesmond Is this with your android app, or your tracker? If the tracker, which model? Do you know if the battery is charged? I am going to assume that it is the tracker, if identified, I'll be happy to move this thread.
Now since the restart hasn't worked. You may not be able do a reset (only a few models have this option)
I would try setting the watch up as a replacement device. IE: Do not remove the watch from the app. Got account.
