my fitbit luxe is not giving the correct time. I have it set to my location timezone

My fitbit luxe is set for my time zone but is about an hour and 20 minutes off from what it should be displaying.

I have tried chatting and calling customer service but I get a notification that an unexpected error has occurred so I cannot get any assistance

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.
