Welcome to the forums @holmesy

You need to remove the Blaze from the charger unit. It shouldn't take more than two hours for it to fully charge and thirty-six hours is long to enough to harm the battery.

Have you tried restarting the Blaze a few times?

good morning cosmic,
i took my replacement blaze off charge after 40 hrs and shut the whole
thing down left it for a few hours and returned and started from scratch
all over again after numerous attempts to synch my blaze with my phone and
i mean numerous attempts i succeeded in getting the blaze to synch and
actually work at this present moment its working fine,???
but come on it should not take hrs to set up a simple synch between phone
and fit bit there has got to be a problem with your merchandise ..

@holmesyI'm glad you stuck with it and gave it a chance. For now, keep an eye on it but don't have it on the charger unit more than two or three hours next time.
