no battery charge

My battery is losing the charge really quickly. When I first had my fitbit I charged it every couple of weeks now it seems to be every other day.

Does anybody else have a problem with their battery?

@mandyp67 Hi and Welcome - the average should be 4-6 days for a charge if it is a lot less have you checked that you have not left an exercise running? have messages and texts being displayed on your device etc

see the following link that may give you a few ideas also have you noticed any changes to the way the green light are displayed? are they brighter than normal, stay on constant instead of a rapid flicker (if this is the case the restart option may be the better option to start with)

Improve Devices Battery Life

you could also try disabling Bluetooth , restart phone and re-enable Bluetooth

failing that you may need to restart your device - you may need to do this 2-3 times in a row

Restart Fitbit

and lastly if that doesn't solve the issue you could give customer support a call the phone number will appear once the office is open (usually 0800 - 1900 Mon-Fri and 1000 - 1700 weekends in the UK)

Customer Support UK

This is for the UK but should you need to change country scroll to the bottom and look for United Kingdom with a down arrow next to it and click on the arrow now you can select your relevant country and the page will refresh

Kind Regards
