not allowing to add friends

Me too click on my name click on prfile click add see if it says friend added

May be that's a bug or you are doing something wrong.

You don't add friend through the Charge 4. However since their are at least 4 ways to invite someone to be friends, which of the 4 have you tried? 

A fifth way is to simply send your friend a link to your fitbit profile and let them add you. This link could be sent anyway you want to send it. Even by instant message. Or a QR code could be easily created for them to scan.

When someone clicks the add friend on a profile page, it sends a notification to the user. The user then has to approve the add.

I have tried every single one of the troubleshooting tips as well as all the ads friend platforms and every single time I get user not found. I have used user of and user name. It’s not syncing anything
