I am not getting notifications of phone calls or texts on fitbit charge. Please help!!!

It is great to see you around @daisy2011. Keep in mind that Fitbit Charge only receives calls not texts. First, please verify that your phone is a Compatible Mobile Device. If it is compatible, follow our Calls Notifications troubleshoot.
