not receiving text notifications from my galaxy s10 on my fitbit versa 2

My fitbit was working fine up until three days ago. I don't get  some calls or an any texts on my fitbit anymore. I get notifications from other apps (fitbit, amazon, etc) but not text messages. I have checked all my settings, unpaired bluetooth, deleted the device/setup the device, restarted my phone, deleted the app all together and reinstalled, done all the troubleshooting options, with no resolution. Please help

Omg you sound just like me!!! All of a sudden, I'm not getting ANY of my text messages on my Charge 3!! Calls are sporadic. Other apps seem to be syncing ok (as of right now). I did all the troubleshooting as well and nothin

The same exact thing is happening to me. I am super frustrated. Dont know what to do. I even went as far as factory resetting my versa 2 and nothing. Someone fix this or help!!!

I am having the same issue that started about three days ago.  It is very frustrating.  I have tried all the trouble shooting as well.  I have the S10+ and a Versa. I'm very open to suggestions.

Yes, if anyone has any information. I'm open to it as well. Although I have been reading around that this is an issue alot of people are experiencing I just hope they fix it soon

Call customer service yesterday. They suppose to fix the text notification and give us new update on our app. I don't know how long we suppose to wait for it. Still no new updates.

I really hope its sometime soon, I've stopped using my fitbit because I need to be on the move and need to see all my notifications without being on my phone. So I've started using a different smartwatch but I miss my Fitbit stats with workout times and heart rates and everything. Also, I didnt purchase so it would be at home turned off soo that's another reason why

No. Extremely frustrating, it's definitely an issue with Fitbit. Went
through all troubleshooting with a CSR and still nothing.

I have to download the google message app and set it as default on my phone and on Fitbit app. I start receiving text notifications again. Samsung message app is not working with the Fitbit app for some reason.

Thanks! This app works and will use it for now. Prefer my samsung
messaging, but until fitbit resolves this issue, guess this will do.

My messages are still sporatic. When i do get them and try to reply i am told my bluetooth connection failed even with my phone in my pocket or hand.

YES!! I am now receiving texts from my S10 to my Versa!

I still have nothing! I have tried absolutely everything and still no text messages. I get phone  calls every now and then but not one single text message. 😞
