There's an ongoing issue with the link between fitbit and myfitnesspal that myfitnesspal are looking into. You check the latest update on their progress at https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2976520-fitbit-sync-issues

 

It seems from that that it won't be too long before it's back to normal.
