note 5 all of a sudden lost connection with bluetooth and charge

Since yesterday before 7pm i cannot sync my fitbit charge to my phone. Note 5. I have had no issues since getting my fitbit in december.

Ive tried uninstalling on my phone, turning off my bluetooth and all that. It doent even come up on my phones bluetooth list to connect to pair.. im lost and in the end it will be a useless device if i cannot get it to connect.

Any ideas

Have you tried the suggestions posted in the I can't sync my tracker article? Also, have you checked if your Fitbit app is up-to-date?

@curlgirl83 -- UPDATE: The Galaxy Note 5 is now listed as a supported device here. I recommend trying to sync again and/or following these troubleshooting tips if you continue to experience issues.
