phone call notification

I was getting notification of phone calls on my charge. Now, this is not happening. I have a gallaxy notebook. Enable Notifications comes up on my phone. I check the fitbit notification service, but have not been able to re-establish the access.

Hi @dpatton very welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy Make sure you are having the all day sync feature Off in your Fitbit app, because that interferes in the connection. However, if the issue persist, try to restart your tracker and after that try to set the call notification by following the instructions on this article: Call Notifications.
