I am trying to update my app with data for the last month - looks like my last complete sync date was 2/7/19.  I can't sync it, I can't update the firmware, I can't do anything because I get this issue on my app:

 

"Bluetooth Issues

If you see this message for the first time, press 'cancel' and try again.  If you continue receiving this message, press 'restart bluetooth' to turn bluetooth off and on"

 

I've tried both.  Nothing.  I've tried going to my app tray, turning off and on bluetooth.  I've tried removing the Charge from my list of paired devices.  It's currently unpaired and won't pair back up.

 

Any ideas?  Thanks!

I've been having this problem since December. I uninstalled the app, and now  when I get to the screen were you type in the numbers it does nothing.
