"Can not view when offline" but I'm online!

I have a Charge 2 and am using Moto G5. 

App has been working fine for last 10 months, until yesterday. I logged a walk and a run. Both times the map has synced as have the splits. But both HR and Calories have the message "can not view when offline". But I am online!

I have logged out and in, updated app, restarted phone multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But it is still the same. The data is there as I can see it in the dashboard, just not in the app. 

Please help me solve this.

Hi, @Tiy! I would suggest trying to clear your app's cache and data. Sometimes something in there gets corrupted.

I am seeing this a lot too when trying to setup my new Versa.
