"Connected GPS Running" message on Versa Samsung Galaxey S20 SE

Alright. I scrolled through some of the older pages trying to see if there was already a fix published for this but none seemed to work for my device.

I have a Fitbit Versa. I purchased in 2019. It is on update 32.72.17.1.15

I have it paired with a Samsung Galaxey S20 SE.

My phone hit an update this morning which may be the cause of the issue, but as of today I have had a consistent notification on my phone from the fitbit app that the "Connect GPS" is running. I understand that that is based on activity time, totally get it. But I would like it to not be constantly running. The notification goes away when I open the app. The app tells me nothing. As soon as I close the app the notification returns. There is nothing wrong with my Versa either from what it appears. Just the notification.

Like I said, I scrolled the other forum pages before posting because this seems to be a common occurrence every now and again...
