When I open the contact customer support tab (after clicking my profile picture from the Today tab, and scrolling down), whatever options I choose, I end up with this empty screen with just this generic link here.
"Finding an employee to help" or however it's said in the English app version seems to be BS, if all the tab does is redirect you to the Fitbit website, so you could consider being honest about that upfront. Either way, this formatting doesn't seem to be intentional.

It doesn't seem like I'm allowed to edit my own post, so I'll add my details here. The language of the app is Dutch, I'm using the latest version on Android, and I'm using an OnePlus 5T.
