I'm using app version 2.67, which is the latest version, every time i try to login with the app, it says the usual error we have seen a million times around here, every time it's claimed "we fixed it" then the same issue reappears on every app version i have ever been on.
"Fitbit.com is unavailable......"
This time i'm using a Galaxy S8+ and i am unable to login in the app. Also on the main screen, no matter which item i tap, be it "Track Exercise", "Weight Goal", anything really except the menu button, the app crashes immediately.

I'm on a J3 emerge (2017 version) amd am having the same thing. I didn't even agree to the update, it kept pestering me and then I saw it was loading on my phone. Then it logged me out and now it tells me that the site isn't available through the app OR it says I don't have a network connection which is hilarious because I checked and I DO have one. YouTube videos don't load on their own.

Mine was working fine until this morning. What seems to be the problem? Fitbit has a lot of issues lately.

I'm having this same problem. First, it wouldn't sync because it was "undergoing maintenance". After awhile, I logged out of the app and haven't been able to get back in since. First, I get a message saying there's no internet connection (which there is) and now it just tells me that it's unavailable. I've tried turning the WiFi and the Bluetooth off and on, emptied the cache, forced a stop, and uninstalled the app - restarting my phone numerous times. I've hit the button on the charger (a solution I've used before that worked when it wouldn't sync) - but that didn't do anything either. I'm beyond frustrated! Really need a solution or my Flex 2 is heading for the garbage and I'll look for a tracker with less app glitches. Somebody please help. TY

I am having the same problem, with the update this evening. I've followed all of the steps outlined in this and similar threads (force stop, clear cache, uninstall, reinstall, etc) nothing works.
You broke the app. Fix it, or refund me the cost of my device.

It just started for, trying all the suggested steps and nothing.
The stupid thing is if I intentionally put an incorrect password in, it returns with a bad user/password message. If I put the correct password i get the fitbit.com is unavailable message.
So it is obviously connecting far enough to check login credentials

Hi,
I have an S10e, bought my Fitbit (living in South Africa I paid way more than its normal cost to US users, almost $300). Had no issues, worked great, for about a week. This morning at 4am when I got up and wanted to check my sleep patern, Im told "Fitbit is not available, please try again later". That was an hour ago and still Fitbit.

I've been getting this error tonight on my Charge 2, latest app version on Droid Turbo. Never had it before. Stopping the app doesn't fix it.

Check your login email address ownership. they are being redirected to a hacker email in many instances. make sure you reclaim it fast. I wasnt fast enough and fitbit support wont help until monday.

Hey buddy,
Any suggestions on how to fix the problem? All I now have now is an
expensive watch that lights up when I look at it. Sucks.

Hello everyone! Sorry for the delayed reply.
I appreciate the updates that you've shared. I'm glad to see that for some of you it's working again and you're able to log into your app.
If you're receiving this message make sure you have the latest app version and you can try logging out and force quitting the app. Also, double check that you have a compatible device.
If after verifying the above, you're still receiving this message provide me with your phone's model, your app version and Android version.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

yesterday I got a Samsung S10+ and used Samsung smart switch to move data over from my S8+ === got the "Fitbit.com is unavailable" message on the S10+ . Uninstalled the app from S10+ and booted the phone. Reinstalled app and it is working fine now.
