I'm using app version 2.67, which is the latest version, every time i try to login with the app, it says the usual error we have seen a million times around here, every time it's claimed "we fixed it" then the same issue reappears on every app version i have ever been on.
"Fitbit.com is unavailable......"
This time i'm using a Galaxy S8+ and i am unable to login in the app. Also on the main screen, no matter which item i tap, be it "Track Exercise", "Weight Goal", anything really except the menu button, the app crashes immediately.

I went to look for the Fitbit app in my settings clear cache and force to stop... It worked!! I am able to log in! Thank you 🙂

I just purchased a Charge 3 because I lost my Flex 2. Could not get the app to work so reinstalled it. Now I am on a page "We're stepping it up!, but when I click on"Let's Go", I get the "Fitbit.com is unavailable. I cleared the cache, forced stop and restarted, does not work.

At this moment you can see the following warning from Fitbit on all pages, that there is an interruption to viewing your account data, as well as syncing and setup. Fitbit is working to resolve this as quickly as possible
So all users are affected by this malfunction. Hopefully the problem will be solved soon.
